Bodyweight Tone

What to expect: No weights, nowhere to hide. Slow, controlled bodyweight movement and long isometric holds that find every weak link. Nervous about weights? Start your strength training here — still humbles everyone anyway.

The outcome: Real strength and body control built from the ground up. The foundation every other class sits on. After some practice, find yourself performing a full set of slow, controlled push-ups with clean form.

Sculpt

What to expect: Beat-driven, full-body sculpt with BALA weights. Controlled pulses, holds, and tempo shifts that keep muscles under tension the whole way through. Try it under 38–40°C infrared heat to elevate your heart and metabolic rates.

The outcome: Lean, defined muscle and endurance that doesn't fold halfway through class.

Sculpt STRONG

What to expect: The heavy end of the room. BALA Power Ring (10lb) and Beam (15lb), slower tempo, fewer reps, longer time under tension. Not your first class — clock at least 2 regular Sculpt sessions before you load up.

The outcome: Lean muscle built faster and real strength that carries into everything else. Learn a controlled press or squat at full load with form that holds under the weight.

Arms & Abs

What to expect: Targeted upper-body and core sculpt with BALA gear — arms, shoulders, upper back, deep core. Controlled strength and tempo work, paired with infrared heat for a wider range of motion around shoulders and scapula.

The outcome: Defined arms, a stronger core, and posture that stands you taller and lighter. Hold a forearm plank with ease after a few sessions.

Legs & Glutes

What to expect: Lower-body sculpt built for toned, lean legs and a rounder glute. Resistance work, time under tension, and slow-burn glute sequences with BALA gear.

The outcome: Lean, defined leg muscles and a lifted, sculpted glute — with the strength to back the shape up. A spring in your steps (and run).
